Uncle daniel: I can't believe you left us so soon, I never got to say my final goodbye to you, and everyday I feel more and more hurt for not coming to see you. You always had a smile on your face, when I came to visit you and it made me think; you are the strongest man I know! I remember you letting me climb all over your wheelchair, you never complained at me for doing it. I also remember the times when you would tease me for pretending to have a TV show and nan would always make you apologise for upsetting me. I loved sitting upstairs with you listening to your music even though it wasn't my taste. Your 21st birthday was amazing at acorns, you just sat there with a big grin on your face. To see you smile was usual but to see you upset was strange. You made sure everyone else was okay before considering yourself. Even though you had an illness that was never going away, you outlived what the doctors gave you as a life expectancy and showed them you wasn't going nowhere, not yet at least. I'm glad I had you for 13 years of my life and that you didn't leave me when the doctors said you would! Your a hero, a true soldier, and you played a massive role in my life and I will truly cherish our moments we had together and you will always be in my heart, right where you belong! xxxxxxxxx
