Butterton, Michael John (Mike) passed away peacefully on 15th October 2014 aged 55 years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Adele, sons Matt & Nick and all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at Worcester Crematorium on Thursday 30th October at 11.30am
